Florida Association of Broadcasters
Sixteen students at public and private institutions who are preparing for a career in broadcasting receive $3,000 towards their education and are invited to attend the Broadcasters' annual meeting to meet leaders in Florida's broadcasting industry.
Carnival Cruise Lines
The Carnival Cruise Lines provides scholarships to a student majoring in hospitality management or business at three independent colleges and universities.
Coca-Cola Foundation
The Coca-Cola provides a $5,000 scholarship to a student who is the first person in his or her immediate family to pursue a college degree. During Academic Year 2001 - 2002, sophomore students from 25 FICF member and associate institutions received this prestigious award.
Florida Harbor Pilots
The Florida Harbor Pilots Scholarship Program recognizes African-American students of academic merit, with financial need, who are interested in the harbor pilots industry or maritime transportation and logistics.
Florida Rock Industries
The Florida Rock Scholarship Program recognizes African-American students of academic merit who are majoring in business and/or engineering. The program provides a $3,000 scholarship to a student in his or her senior year of study at fifteen institutions.
UPS
The United Parcel Service Scholarship Program provides a $2,500 scholarship student on the basis of financial need and academic achievement to 23 outstanding students, attending independent colleges & universities annually.
